In this dish, I used my imagination to impress and please my guests. Here you will find the traditional great American steak transformed by a specially seasoned Cambodian marinade. The steak with Lemongrass is my own choice when I want to celebrate a special occasion. Lemongrass is a typical ingredient in Cambodian marinades and it takes some effort to use it properly. The results are well worth it. A bottle of Merlot is the perfect accompaniment to this unusual steak dish. |
